在人类肝脏各种代谢酶中,CYP3A4、CYP2C、CYP1A2和CYP2E1分别占29%,17%,12% 和6%,CYP2A6 占4%,CYP2D6占1%。虽然有18个基因家族,但是大约95%的药物氧化作用由6种CYP酶催化执行,其中CYP3A4占35%,CYP2D6占15%,CYP1A2占12%,CYP2C9占9%,CYP2C19占8%,CYP2B6和CYP2E1均占6%,CYP2A6占3%。

6.CYP450酶/细胞色素P450
在人类肝脏各种代谢酶中,CYP3A4、CYP2C、CYP1A2和CYP2E1分别占29%,17%,12% 和6%,CYP2A6 占4%,CYP2D6占1%。虽然有18个基因家族,但是大约95%的药物氧化作用由6种CYP酶催化执行,其中CYP3A4占35%,CYP2D6占15%,CYP1A2占12%,CYP2C9占9%,CYP2C19占8%,CYP2B6和CYP2E1均占6%,CYP2A6占3%。
